I had a very disappointing experience with Olena. I came for an appointment on a Thursday asking for light blue gel on my natural nails. She didn’t have that color, so I agreed to clear gel with light blue polish. I even booked my refill before leaving. The same day, one nail broke. By Sunday, four had broken. When I informed her, she offered only Monday at 8am or 5:30pm — two inconvenient times for me — to fix them, and said she would charge me for any additional breaks if I didn’t come on Monday. She then went as far as accusing me of breaking the nails myself because I didn’t get the original blue gel I had asked for — which makes absolutely no sense. When I requested a refund and removal, she refunded me but refused to remove the gel. Now five nails are broken, and I have to pay another salon to remove everything. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years, and this level of service and attitude is completely unacceptable. Not recommended.
